Women Peace and Security project aims at to contribute women’s involvement in peace and security initiatives by conducting capacity building training in establishing income generating activities and providing effective negotiation, advocacy and relationship building with outreach mobilization on women role in Benadir, Bay and Hiran Regions.
SPL increased women organization implementing partners and assigned activities regarding their expertise and capacity. WPS project is also taking new approach of working with both nongovernmental and governmental women organizations that is sought to maintain sustainability.
