Somali Peace Line (SPL) Board and Management meeting was held on July 18, 2024 in Mogadishu. The central focus of the meeting was a review of SPL’s achievements, gaps, and the policies instructed by the BOD to be re-developed during the BOD’s last meeting.
The comprehensive review of SPL’s progress, challenges, and the BOD’s guidance was aimed at strengthening the organization’s operations, improving its impact, and ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities set by the Board.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for the board and management to come together, assess the organization’s performance, and chart the way forward to better serve the communities.
